1. Services Provided
Lumon Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, Bird Proofing, gutter cleaning, and turf cleaning. By scheduling service, the customer agrees to the following terms.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees, including collection costs if applicable.
3. Property Access & Conditions
The customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to all service areas. Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or obstacles on the property.
4. Pre-Existing Damage
Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property, including but not limited to:
– Window scratches, cracks, or failed seals
– Oxidized, brittle, or deteriorating frames/screens
– Loose, damaged, or improperly installed solar panels
– Worn roofing materials or failing gutter systems
Any concerns must be brought to our attention prior to service.
5. Water & Utilities
Customer agrees to provide access to a working water source if required. Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for issues arising from plumbing, electrical, or water pressure irregularities.
6. Weather & Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions at Lumon Cleaning’s discretion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service. Lumon Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to address valid issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumon Cleaning’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question. Under no circumstances shall Lumon Cleaning be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Personal Injury Disclaimer
Customer acknowledges that cleaning services involve inherent risks. Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for:
– Injuries to homeowners, tenants, guests, or third parties
– Injuries resulting from wet surfaces, equipment, or active work areas
10. Employee & Contractor Safety
The customer agrees to maintain a safe environment for Lumon Cleaning employees and contractors. Lumon Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
11. Property Hazards & Responsibility
The customer may be held responsible for injuries or damages caused by:
– Unsafe or undisclosed property conditions
– Aggressive or unsecured animals
– Structural issues or hazards not disclosed prior to service
12. Pets & Animals
All pets must be secured prior to service. Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for escaped pets or animal-related incidents.
13. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
14. Recurring Services
Recurring services may be scheduled automatically based on agreed frequency unless canceled or modified by the customer.
15. Roof Access & Solar Panel Cleaning Acknowledgment
By approving solar panel or roof-related services, the customer acknowledges:
– Technicians may walk on the roof as necessary
– Minor wear or disturbance to roofing materials may occur
– Existing weaknesses in roofing or mounting systems may become apparent during service
Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for leaks or damage resulting from pre-existing roof or installation issues.
16. Media Release & Use of Images
By accepting service, the customer grants Lumon Cleaning permission to take photographs and/or video of the property for documentation and marketing purposes, including:
– Social media
– Website content
– Advertising and promotional materials
– Before-and-after comparisons
Lumon Cleaning agrees not to disclose personal identifying information such as full address or customer name without explicit consent.
This permission is granted on a perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable basis unless the customer provides written notice opting out prior to service.
17. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, rather than in court, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
19. Agreement
By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
