1. Services Provided
Lumon Turf Cleaning provides artificial turf cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, brushing, and debris removal services. By scheduling service, the customer agrees to the following terms.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees, including collection costs if applicable.
3. Property Access & Conditions
The customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all turf areas. Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access, debris, or unsafe conditions.
4. Pre-Existing Conditions
Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing issues, including but not limited to:
– Worn, damaged, or deteriorating turf fibers
– Loose seams or improper installation
– Drainage issues or standing water
– Odors embedded beyond surface-level treatment
Some stains, discoloration, or odors may be permanent and not fully removable.
5. Cleaning Results Disclaimer
While we use professional-grade equipment and treatments, results may vary. Lumon Turf Cleaning does not guarantee complete removal of:
– Pet urine odors
– Deep-set stains
– Mold or mildew
– Discoloration from sun exposure or wear
6. Water & Utilities
Customer agrees to provide access to a working water source if required. Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for issues arising from plumbing or water pressure.
7. Chemical Treatment Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges that cleaning agents and deodorizers may be used. While products are selected for safety, Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for:
– Sensitivities or allergic reactions
– Effects on plants, landscaping, or nearby materials
– Residual odors immediately following treatment
8. Pet & Child Safety
Customer agrees to keep all pets and children off treated areas during service and for a reasonable drying period (typically 1–2 hours or as advised). Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow these guidelines.
9. Turf Disturbance Disclaimer
Cleaning may involve brushing, agitation, and water pressure, which can:
– Temporarily alter turf appearance
– Expose underlying issues
– Shift infill material
Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for issues related to improper installation or existing wear.
10. Drainage & Odor Responsibility
Persistent odors are often caused by underlying drainage or base layer issues. Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for recurring odors due to sub-surface conditions.
11. Personal Injury Disclaimer
Customer acknowledges that wet surfaces may be slippery. Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for injuries to homeowners, tenants, guests, or third parties during or after service.
12. Employee & Contractor Safety
The customer agrees to maintain a safe work environment. Lumon Turf Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
13. Property Hazards & Responsibility
The customer may be held responsible for injuries or damages caused by:
– Unsafe or undisclosed property conditions
– Aggressive or unsecured animals
– Hidden objects within turf areas
14. Pets & Animals
All pets must be secured prior to service. Lumon Turf Cleaning is not responsible for escaped pets or animal-related incidents.
15. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
16. Recurring Services
Recurring services may be scheduled automatically based on agreed frequency unless canceled or modified by the customer.
17. Media Release & Use of Images
By accepting service, the customer grants Lumon Turf Cleaning permission to take photographs and/or video of the property for documentation and marketing purposes, including:
– Social media
– Website content
– Advertising and promotional materials
– Before-and-after comparisons
Lumon Turf Cleaning agrees not to disclose personal identifying information such as full address or customer name without explicit consent.
This permission is granted on a perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable basis unless the customer provides written notice opting out prior to service.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumon Turf Cleaning’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question. Under no circumstances shall Lumon Turf Cleaning be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
19. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, rather than in court, unless otherwise required by law.
20. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
21. Agreement
By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
