Terms & Conditions – Lumon Cleaning

1. Scope of Services

Lumon Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services as agreed at time of booking. Services are limited to cleaning only and do not include repairs, inspections, or performance guarantees.

2. Access & Safety

Client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to all service areas on the scheduled service date.

If access is restricted or conditions are unsafe, Lumon Cleaning may reschedule or decline service without liability.

3. Pricing & Additional Work

The quoted price covers the agreed scope of work only.

Any additional services or costs must be approved in writing prior to completion.

4. Weather & Re-Service Guarantee

If it rains within 3 days of service or if any areas are missed, Client may request a free re-service within 7 days.

Re-service does not apply to new debris, environmental buildup, or conditions beyond our control.

5. Service Details

•Solar Panels: Cleaned using purified water and soft-brush methods on panel surfaces only.

•Windows: Glass, frames, and sills cleaned; screens included unless previously damaged.

•Gutters: Debris removal and downspout flushing; underground drainage issues excluded.

•Bird Proofing: Mesh installation to deter small-to-medium animals; does not include panel removal.

6. Limitation of Liabilities

Lumon Cleaning is not responsible for:

•Pre-existing damage or defects

•Improper installation, aging systems, or structural issues

•Performance changes unrelated to cleaning

•Damage caused by weather, animals, or other uncontrollable factors

Liability is limited to damage directly caused by our services and covered by our insurance.

7. Warranty

Bird proofing installations include a 3-year workmanship warranty on mesh and fasteners.

Warranty is void due to rodent damage, extreme weather, third-party interference, or structural failure.

8. Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due as agreed.

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.

If a discounted rate was applied, Client agrees to repay the discount or applicable cancellation fee if services are terminated early.

9. Media Consent

Client grants Lumon Cleaning permission to capture photos or videos of work performed for documentation, training, or marketing purposes.

Client may opt out by notifying technicians prior to service.

10. Privacy

Client information is used solely for service, billing, and communication purposes.

Lumon Cleaning does not sell personal information and uses reasonable safeguards to protect customer data.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between the parties.

Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By signing, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
